We are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 2 pm on Saturdays.
HOW DO THE TEAM TRIPS PACKAGES WORK?
Have a look through our website full of awesome Team Trips packages, as well as activities. If you see something you like, simply contact us for more information. If you see a package you like but would like to add or remove something, no dramas, your Team Trips consultant can build a package exclusively for your team!
HOW DO I BOOK MY TEAM TRIPS PACKAGE?
When you’re ready to book your Team Trips package, it’s super easy! All that is required is a small non-refundable deposit, to be paid to Team Trips on booking. This payment is deducted from the final amount owing. Your Team Trips consultant will send you a confirmation email with all your booking details. Final balance for groups including flights is to be paid 9 weeks prior to date of travel and 6 weeks prior without flights. You will receive a detailed itinerary the week of your trip with any additional details you may need – so you don’t have to worry about a thing! Remember you party consultant is always there to help you along the way!
CAN YOU PAY ON THE DAY?
No, all payments must be made 6 weeks prior to your Team Trip.
WHAT IS THE MIN & MAX GROUP SIZES?
Each activity is different and may require a minimum number of people to run, however if you have a small amount of guests, let us know and we can certainly help put together a package that will best suit your team.
DO YOU NEED TO KNOW FINAL NUMBERS STRAIGHT AWAY?
Not at all. However, it does help to know numbers on booking as our booking deposit is required (this is taken out of the final price). We do understand how difficult it is in the early planning stages, we do everything we can to help with your numbers along the way
WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE PACKAGE AFTER THE DUE DATE?
Give us a call! It all depends on which suppliers are involved in your package. Occasionally we are able to make changes after the due date. However, this is not always the case and there may be fees involved depending on how close it is to the trip.
HOW DOES THE GROUP PAY?
Team Trips offer two convenient methods of payment – direct deposit and credit card payments. You are more than welcome to pay the final amount is one large sum or if it is easier for your group to pay individually, if so we will provide a reference number for your group booking. The reference number is exclusive to your group and we will keep track of received payments on our end. Keep in mind that if you were to try to organise a party of this scale on your own you would generally be required to pay the entire amount at the point of booking.
